Consumers are fundamentally entitled to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The period begins from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Venutro, Email: hilfe@venutro.com) by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the expiry of the 14-day period.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
