How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. After dispatch, the average delivery time is 5 to 20 business days worldwide.

Who will deliver my package?

Your items will be delivered by your local postal service (e.g., DHL, Australia Post, USPS, Royal Mail, depending on your country).

What are the delivery hours?

Deliveries are made during the standard business hours of your local post office or delivery service.

What happens if no one is home?

Don't worry! If the package is small enough, it will be placed directly into your mailbox. Otherwise, it will be left at your local post office or sorting center, where you can easily pick it up.

I provided the wrong shipping address, what should I do?

Don't panic! If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us immediately so we can update your details. However, once an order has left our warehouse, no further changes can be made in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Is your website secure?

Yes, this website is 100% secure. We take security very seriously:

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

    We currently accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We do not accept checks, bank transfers, or cash on delivery (COD).

    What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?

    We offer a 100% "Satisfaction or Money-Back" Guarantee! If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund as soon as the item arrives back to us.
