Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g., by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

2. Requirements for Returns

In order for a return to be processed smoothly, please ensure that:

  • The item is in its original condition.

  • The item shows no signs of excessive wear or use.

  • The original packaging is provided if possible.

  • A proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is included.

Please send your goods directly back to us and not to the manufacturer.

3. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with § 312g BGB (German Civil Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Sealed hygiene products if unsealed after delivery.

  • Sealed software if unsealed after delivery.

  • Audio or video recordings if unsealed after delivery.

  • Newspapers, periodicals, and magazines.

  • Perishable goods.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation email.

If your return is approved:

  • The refund will be processed automatically.

  • The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that processing may take a few business days depending on your payment provider.

5. Compensation for Loss of Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

6. Return Shipping Costs

The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. The original standard shipping costs will be refunded in accordance with statutory regulations.

7. Exchanges

A direct exchange is only available for:

  • Damaged items.

  • Defective products.
